Making a purchase
It could not be simpler. Just browse our site and click on any item that you want to buy then put them into your shopping cart. When you’re finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Contact (name, address & email etc.) and payment information (credit card number and expiry date) is requested. The information is used for billing purposes and to fill the customers order. If we have trouble processing the order we will use this information to contact the customer.
Orders by post.
If you would prefer to send an order by post please send your payment with your order. We accept Cheque, Postal Order, Credit/Debit Cards, Bankers Draft or Bank Transfer. Please make all cheques payable to NM Tackle and send to 131 Melmount Rd, Sion Mills, Strabane, Co Tyrone, BT82 9PY, N Ireland.
Telephone Orders. We are happy to take telephone orders subject to the necessary security checks. We destroy all phone order card details as soon as transactions are complete so we cannot store any card numbers.
Our printed gift vouchers need to be presented to us in person to enable us to exchange them for goods.
Payment can be made by credit or debit cards. All payments must be in pounds sterling. No payment will be charged on cards until your order is processed. If you are ordering from North America, the Euro zone or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, Euro or any other currency.
Payment by Credit/Debit Cards.
We accept almost all cards, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Delta etc.
Secure payment by credit cards.
Credit card details are encrypted and kept in our secure encrypted gateway. We do not have access to your personal information. These details are not retained once a transaction is complete.
Taxes, Duties and VAT.
Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties on orders sent VAT free lay with you the customer.
Prices quoted include VAT. The VAT will be deducted for any orders placed and delivered outside the EU.
Our prices are competitive but if you are offered goods at discount or special offer prices by our competitors we may match the price.
All goods remain the property of NM Tackle until paid for in full.
A warranty is provided by the manufacturer not the trader.
If an item under warranty is damaged or broken through no fault of the owner, customers are asked to contact us immediately. This will enable our staff to access the best options for getting a repair or replacement to you in the quickest time and the least expensive postage.
If an item is out of warranty and requires a repair or replacement part we will try to get the repair carried out at minimal cost to your self. Estimates covering replacement parts and postage etc can be advised to you before any work is carried out.
We understand that occasionally rods etc do break. It is our aim to get the necessary replacement/repair carried out without fuss and get you fishing again as soon as possible.
Most clearance stock is covered by the manufacturers warranty. In the event of an being out of warranty and being unrepairable a decision on its value will be made in conjuction with the purchaser and a suitably alternative may be offered as a replacement.

NM Tackle has taken every care in the preparation and content of this website and any email newsletters, in particular to insure that any prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there is no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website or emails.
