The Dept of Culture Arts & Leisure (DCAL)which administers all other waters in N Ireland.

To fish the Foyle System you must have a valid Foyle game fishing licence costing £16.00. Or! a DCAL Licence costing £17.00 plus a £1.00 Foyle endorsement licence. Or! an all Ireland game fishing licence plus a Foyle endorsement licence. All licences are available at NM Tackle or by post.
